In this role you will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling and education to SFH patients, families and the community. Participate in clinical research, Community Health, Outreach and the Diabetes care center. Clinical background with cardiovascular and diabetes patients 1 - 2 years of experience required, Patient teaching/counseling experience required.
